FIRE RISK ASSESSMENT

Risk assessment reports must be prepared to capture the results of the risk appraisal including the probability of occurrence and the consequences to the building should the risk be realized

Providing there have not been significant changes an FRA is normally sufficient every two years

It's about understanding the potential risks, then improving your fire safety precautions to keep people safe.

The process involves identification of potential fire

hazards, to ensure adequate measures to stop fire starting

and that adequate fire protection measures are in place

Fire risk assessments are a careful look at your premises and the people who use them, from a fire prevention perspective
